I brush with cayenne pepper. It burns. The more it burns, the worse off your gums are. Brush every 2 hours until the burn is minimal.

Brushing before you use the trays removes the superficial bacteria, and the gel work better to get to the deeper areas where the bacterium hide.

@@Vyvanna your gum recession will grow back but not much. Gums feel very healthy my mouth is no longer in agonizing pain. Teeth are very white from the peroxide.

@@Vyvanna Yes, my gum pockets have substantially improved!! The only sucky thing is, it's a lot of work keeping your teeth up with gum disease. If you skip some steps for a bit, then it comes right back with a vengeance.

How long have you used it? Also what's your results in probing #'s once you've visited your hygienist? Just wondering if say you had a 6mm pocket- did it close up to a 4mm pocket ?? Then you know what your doing work's. Very curious bcuz my Dentist wants me to do Osseous surgery and I'm not wanting to cut my gums open so they can scrap and then sew back gums which will put me on antibiotics with not being able to eat real foods for a month or so. Amazon but 35% can’t be mailed. They have 12% so double the drops instructed to use. I know it got rid of gum infections, strep throat when I took a socked Qtip and put it directly on my infected tonsils. Now I no longer get strep throat when I used to get it several times a year. I’m sure there are many things that this can be used but that won’t my the Big P very happy not using their synthetic based medications. I’m sure shortly all videos that have anything good to say about hydrogen peroxide will be taken down off of all social media. No. Hydrogen peroxide is NEVER meant to be used in an inhaler or diffuser, nor is it meant to be ingested (swallowed). If you read the label on the bottle, hydrogen peroxide at 3% is used as a topical antiseptic to sterilize wounds or to control biofilm (bacteria and parasites) orally. It is meant to be used occasionally as it does damage healthy tissue if used too often. If the hydrogen peroxide foams up, there are bacteria and/or oral parasites present. Discontinue use or discard if there is no foaming action once applied. Hydrogen peroxide has a shelf life of 6 months once opened and 3 years unopened. It should be noted that food grade hydrogen peroxide (greater than 3% solution) should NEVER be used topically or orally (by mouth) in its undiluted state. Why? Omg that happen to me today. Lol that's halirous. She checked the perio depth after instead of before. Was so fast and still left with burning gums. Going to go to a periodontist instead of scalling and root planning.

I had a painful gum disease. After watching an ethical dentist on UA-cam , I followed her instructions. Throughout the day suckling xylitol mints & original listening to gargle. It took me more than 2 years to cure. But I still followed the instructions. I am very thankful. I have beautiful healthy gum and teeth. I am 66 years old. Too many dentists are crooks.
